I took a few pics. Got too busy talking guitars/tech stuff,amps, musclecars etc etc with Blondestrat and let me tell you, he builds some beautiful guitars!!

I snagged Smilin' Ed the drummer on short notice so he only wrangled a short kitchen pass. He was sure happy he had a chance to jam with everyone.

I caught an earfull all the way home for not telling him sooner so he could have went the distance. It was just a fabulous time and I'm sure glad I got to meet everyone :-)

The watermellon packed a serious kick!!!

Any interest in doing this with a pool party this summer? Yah, yah, its hot in the desert.... but its a dry heat and its NOTHING in comparison to hot in the South.

Shoe,

I had my SoCal jam @ Walnut Creek Studios (home) last July 4th weekend, freakin' hot outside. It was an outdoor event on the patio with the pool open. Many jammers, SOs, audience, kids etc. swam to cool off. I think it worked well. Yes on the pool. I had no issues with electricity or instruments mixing due to miss-behavior.

I'd like to travel to Vegas this year for Margaritaville. I'm thinking July 7th for this years SoCal event. Same program as last year.

Just had to play "Pipeline" and "Apache". And ya know, the scenery wasn't bad either :-)
