Would anyone know if the Strat N3 pole pieces can be pushed to adjust the stagger?
...without causing damage to the p'up of course!
I have done this before without problem on the standard Fender single coils (with the plastic bobbins).

Don't know the answer to your question.
It's a funny stagger given these were designed from the ground up using three types of alnico and obviously to go on the flat radiused neck of the Deluxe.
I actually love these pups and probably wouldn't change anything on them.

I agree with Alderandash. They are a particularly nice pup.
Are you having string output balance problems?

The problem I have is that the A pole on the neck pickup is (wrongly) the same height as the bottom E pole. The A pole should be raised slightly.
But hey, no big deal.
As an aside, I read in an interview with Jeff Beck's tech (Steve Prior) who says that Jeff has custom shop versions of the N3 set in his backup Strats.

"But hey, no big deal"
I agree unless it is causing the A string to ring louder, which I doubt it is. If it 'aint broke...
Custom shop N3s sound interesting. Do you have a link to the interview?
