I have not counted in a few years. My best gutss is about 42. Oldest stock Stratocaster I have these days is my 1979. The newest (most recently produced) is probably the 2004 Custom Shop 60 NOS. The 4 I play most are a 1983, 1985 and 1986 Fender AVRI 57 (one Fullerton and two Corona) and a parts-caster I assembled to suit my tastes. Talk to you later, Norm

It's not a Fender, but Fender only made one, for an expo and it's worth 5 or 6 figures by now. So my answer is 4 + 1.
