Yep!

On most songs I use just a touch of Reverb and Delay via the BOSS RV-3 on the far left.

But a sound I use often is the BOSS DM-2 Analog Delay feeding into the BOSS CH-1 Super Chorus. Fantastic combo I learned following Simon & Garfunkle.

I am using a Martin DSR with a fishman neo thru a tc helicon H1 vocal harmonizer to a LR Baggs para eq DI, I am tweeking a boss gt 5 at the moment(not sure if its going to work out) stereo out to 2 channels on a Fender Passport. I use a korg PX4 for PA FX which I will use alittle of if the GT-5 is not in chain....and a galaxy hot spot in my face.

Exactly the same as rythmpyg, except into a Roland AC90. Easy, and sounds very natural.

Ovation into a 1980 EH small Clone. experimented with a Snarling Dogs Verytone. Good struming pedal. Dials down those over loud strings. Drowns those strings on finger picking though.

Been thinking lately uding a delay like 6 but I don't own one.

I should have added that my '72 Fender Vibro Champ has a LINE OUT w/Volume control added on back.

It allows me to go into the PA system if I need more volume (I've never had to use this feature even once, however).

As for pups, I use the Fishman Matrix in my Guild acoustics and the Highlander iP-2 in my Martins. Both are active pups and require a 9 volt battery inside the guitar.

K&K into Baggs Gigpro DI to whatever amp/PA is in use that day. With acoustics about any Fender Blackface will do a good job. BMRI LTD is surprisingly good on the bright channel.

I have an old Boss GT-3 that really does good things if you feel like investing the setup time. Generally a little reverb and occasional delay is all that goes on an acoustic.

Guitar--cable--Acoustic Image Ten2.

If I want effects I almost always use the on-board ones but there is an effects loop if I want to get creative.

Guitar > K&K Pure Minis > cable > Boss TU-2 > Baggs Para DI > PA.

Very rarely I'll add a little delay, and I usually use a touch of the PA's reverb. I like my acoustic to sound just like it sounds unplugged.

Seagull artist portrait retrofitted with LR Baggs i-Beam mixing system to either a Fishman Pro DI or whatever DI is available into the PA. Sometimes I'll use a chorus pedal - most times not.

So I have learned 1.most prefer alittle reverb and chorus on their acoustics 2. There are some pretty cool acoustic amps out there. 3. Using my GT-5 in manual mode definately improves/inhances my signal + gives me an inline tuner and finally ..I can't believe I am saying this but...some of you have way to much gear which raises a whole other topic "The Wife" how and the heck do you get away with this? Don't answer that, just hug her and give her some flowers if ya have a bunch of gear, she deserves that. I gutta work on this.
Thanks guys.

Not gigging anywhere, just playing and recording at home. I picked up an Acoustic AG30 at GC on sale for $149 and like it a lot. Tried out all the acoustic amps they had and really like the way this one sounds. Perfect for my needs.

I've got a Fishman under-saddle my Guild 12 string and something passive in my Seagull Folk (was there when I bought it and have no idea what it is other than seeing no battery).

Mostly recording these days, and my signal path is air to mic and that last couple times I performed, the same: air to mic. I've been thinking about buying Monster Air to improve my signal path, but I can't decide if I want he Blues Air or the Folk Air, as I'm sure they'll give me different tone (grin).

Seriously if I played with an electric band I'd need to work this out, but for a guy who plays solo and sits when he plays, the mic works for me.

I have one accoustic I plug in (old Cort 12 string with DeArmond soundhole pickup) but I consider that a hollowbody electric frankly. I plug it in to whatever I'm playing electric through.

This is why I bought my Yamaha AC3M. With the great onboard preamp, I just go:

Guitar-cord-Amp or
Guitar-cord-DI-PA

Real happy with the results.
