I'm very happy to announce that my wayward 2000 U.S. Fat Tele is back in the house!
Five years ago, I traded it away for a guitar that I was jonesing for at that moment. Regretted it ever since.
So I was really happy when the guy I traded to said he was willing to sell it back to me (for a very reasonable price!)
She's back home, in great shape, and sounds as great as ever.
I also forgot just how cool the neck was on this beast. It even has a pretty nice tiger stripe effect on the neck that you more often see on Custom Shop models.
It's great when one of them comes back home.
