Greetings,
Did the "drip edge" grille cloth on the '68's mount to the baffle board with Velcro with the board glued in place? In the 2nd picture here, you can see the cloth fabric from the inside of the cabinet...but the board is held in place with screws. I can't figure how the board and trim assembly is put together.
Many thanks,

The cabinet and baffle construction on all '68 amps is identical to earlier blackface with the exception of the drip edge trim around the baffle. On the Twin Reverb though there are smaller cleats (ie: the cleats don't run the full height of the baffle but are split) that the baffle attach to due to the space taken up by the speakers side to side.
Edited to add: I also believe there is a cleat at the bottom that attaches the baffle as well. I will have to look at mine to be sure.

I understand...so, the trim encompasses the entire thickness of the edge of the baffle board?

Yup. The trim wraps around the 4 sides of the baffle and is stapled every few inches. Makes grill cloth change difficult.
