I bought one of those from Kragen for $49 on sale - it can be pretty scary in actual use.

I prefer a stack of tapered 2x6s for the wheels, and a block for underneath the kickstand.

But even after fooling around with all of that, I finally figured out that I had no reason to lift the bike at all...

Go figure.
