Wasn't there something awhile back about the FCC and broadcast bandwidths that was going to be problematic for guitarists using wireless transmitters? Whatever happened with that?

This link is to the FCC on this topic. Is there a list anywhere where people can tell what units are and are not a problem?
edit: The specs for this at the MF site say, "Operating in the 660MHz to 865MHz UHF range, the GB 40 FLEXX provides three selectable, quartz stabilized carrier frequencies within your specified 3MHz-wide frequency band and uses a permanently attached flexible antenna."

Further research:
The FCC link says: "The 700 MHz Band – between 698 and 806 MHz -- is now reserved for use only by public safety groups, such as police, fire and emergency services, and commercial providers of wireless broadband services. Use on broadcast bands outside of the 700 MHz Band was not affected by the ban, and can continue. Microphones and similar devices with cords are not affected by this prohibition.
MANUFACTURERS AMD EQUIPMENT LIST: See if your model operates on the 700 MHz Band or request more information from the FCC’s Consumer Center."
If you click on the "MANUFACTURERS AMD EQUIPMENT LIST" link in the above quoted blurb, you can link to AKG equipment.
It says:
"WMS40 FLEXX
40/B 734.600 + 736.200 + 736.975 MHz
MELLON YELLOW- color on rec & trans"
The full product name at MF is: "AKG SR 40 Flexx Receiver with GB 40 Guitar Bug Transmitter."
So the question is whether WMS40 FLEXX is the same as SR 40 FLEXX?

I got one at the $99 price. It works beautifully. I plan to use it until the Secret Police kick in my door and take it away.
The Guitar Bug is the coolest wireless transmitter going.

Not to break up the SDS meeting, but I've been using this setup for a couple of weeks and it is a great setup! The Guitar Bug uses a single AAA battery, so it is a lot more economical than my old Shure that used 9 volts.
It's a lot easier to use than the usual transmitter that you have to clip to your belt or guitar strap.
