I received the head weeks before the cab showed up and was running the head mono into a single 12 cab. Not much different than the Mustang 3 I have, but through the stereo 4x12 it really opened up. The bottom end is on par with the best 4x12 cabs.Using one side of the cab jacks gives you all 4 speakers at 4 ohms. The sound of the stereo head patched stereo to the cab is like the old stereo wide expander circuits on boom boxes of the 80s. The modulation FX just jump out at you.The Rocket 50 speakers are better than I expected too. They do Fender old school cleans just like a Twin but shine through dirty like a GT12 75.I can't speak for their longevity but I'm gonna give them a shot in the gig world. I know the China thing will keep some from even trying this rig but to me its a lot of bang for the buck....

I agree with your comments. I owned the MV but recently sold it. I said I wouldn't but I was not dragging it to gigs and invested the money in other gear that I will use.

I also own the MIII and it is the best of the bunch for tone, weight and power.

Love my V but it's just a big DI box for me most of the time, which I'm ok with. The Space Echo looks right on top of it.

UPDATE: The speakers in the 4x12 have been replaced with Vintage 30's. The Rocket 50 's were getting flabby at gig volume on the clean patches. The speaker swap solved the problem. I still like the head and all the FX. While the other band mates bring an Eb.guitar for certain tunes I now have to just select a patch....
