I am a guitar player looking to create backing tracks to play over.

Would an arranger keyboard such as a Roland BK3 or maybe a Korg Micro be a feasible way to go about this? I like the fact that they can produce a full band accompaniment and record for playback.

Any thoughts on either of these arrangers or recommendations on an alternative board in that price range would be appreciated.

I use a Korg Karma thru a Boss looper for backing tracks and I'm no piano player! You can lay and sequence tracks with the karma or any triton keyboard but I took the easy way out.

Thanks for the info, Froggy. I'm hoping to hear from anyone with hands on experience with arranger keys but I fear that traffic in this particular forum topic is few and far between.
