Just saw the post on the blog; you have a drummer, count me in too! I'll spread the word to see who else is available. G or Bill, let me know what equipment you may need, I'll start scrounging on my end.

Great Grizzbear. I have a basic Pearl beater set for drums. Any thing you wanted to bring to add to it is AOK . I'll post a picture soon.

Outside of that a mic or two and a mic stand or two might help. I have 2 already but .... Just in case. The only other thing is guitar amps.

We might want to limit to two guitars per song? A "house" amp or two might be a good idea? We won't have the luxury of the room for a wall of amps like at Pete's.

This is getting better by the minute. Bummer Steve but it looks like a great reason to miss this.

Bill- good call on house amps...peeps can bring their pedals and their Axes but need to control volume especially in a basement
I suggest you get 2-3 low watt amps from the Socko or Dumas collection. Pete has a couple low watters as well.

And remember folks its a basement so those 100watt monsters you like to bring to clamfest have to go up and down stairs....

let me know if you want to limit 2 guitars per song so i can adjust the sign up sheet... a basement with 3 guitars even low wattage is gonna be loud!

Bill: Your set will work fine, as soon as I see the picture you post, I'll figure out if anything is needed. If we need it, I probably have it!

My fellow "Clammers"; G-Man is right, approach this venue as a recording studio situation, small and compact is the way to go. "G", I will E-Mail you direct with some "song picks", and the equipment shopping list, to confirm what is needed.

Sorry if there was any misunderstanding but... I don't have guitar amps to offer. Hoping you guitarists can agree on something. Thanks!

29 days to go! Looking forward to having folks over. We are having the house painted. Would you believe it was in honor of this jam?
Address to follow Leon. It is easy to find. Glad you can make it.

My Fellow Clammers

Allen, I'll keep the "Cow-Bell" ready for the spring festivities!

Bill, when you post the directions, also post the time frame schedule you want to use for set-up.

G-Man, I think I have everything requested "Plus" other items for use, I'll keep them in my van unless needed. I'm still beating the drum, reminding people to sign up on the "List of Love"; so expect some last minute "Clammers" to contact you. I have a feeling there will be some last minute "show ups" regardless.

I don't know about anybody else, but I am SO! Ready for this. See you all soon.

We are ready to do substitutions as many are not getting love and there will be no horn section- just horns on keys if need be

List your fav substitution songs here or email me.

Calling all guitarists! Time to step up and send your picks to Gman. Use the link in the recent post then the email link in the top of that doc.

No, we will not play 62 songs. Signing up for a guitar spot should make it happen.

If you were on the fence, now is the time. Why miss it?

It is time to get out of the woodshed, and to get ready for a "Jam". To paraphrase Aretha Franklin, it's "Party Time". See you all soon!

Good Time had by all at the "Deep End Clam Jam"

Allen, we did Honky Tonk Woman in your honor, the Cow Bell solo was great!

My Fellow Clammers, I hope to see you all soon at the next event.
