If I won the lottery....

In the 50 years I have been doing this Fender thing, I have never had in my hands a Sherwood Green P or J. I don't even know if I've ever seen a picture of one or the other from, say, the early 60s. With my money I would go on a worldwide hunt, buy it, treasure it, gig it.

If I won the lottery...
I think I might want a birth year bass.
I'd need to win the lottery,
I was born in 1951.

I'd like a birth year bass as well - that would be 1959 PBass
I'd also like a '64 PBass to go with my '64 JBass
and a MTD 635 fretless

I guess I better start buying lottery tickets.

I'd probably track down 1 early lefty split coil P and one single coil lefty P/Tele. Or I might consider having them made for me in the the custom shop if they will do that. If that's the case, I'm not sure what color but I'd like matching headstocks. I don't know if that's an option but hey, I hit the lottery and money talks!

Then I'd like a Hofner Cavern lefty.

Finally, I'd spring for an upright doghouse custom made lefty.

I want a vintage SVT rig and a paid road crew with a truck that will make sure I never have to lift a finger to use it on every gig.

Do I have any money left?
