Hiya,

Haven't done an update for a while, Took a year or so off from gigging due to work commitments but have been back into it this year.

So of course I had to go and get some new gear :-)

Heavy but awesome sound!!!

Got awesome deals on the amp and rick as well...

The Rick has one of my favorite color combos (for Ricks).

We used to call this black and white thing a "Tuxedo" look, which may or may not now be in usage.

Give us a breakdown on the specs for your new rig. Power, size of speakers, weights of components, what it sounds like to your ears, what type music you're playing, etc.

AD200 MkIII (just under 60lbs)
200 Watt all tube
4x10 (must be 80lbs) Eminence beta 600w RMS
1x15 (65lbs) Eminence Kappa 400w RMS

It absolutely growls with the 4001

Mainly freelancing these days. I have friends in 6-8 bands in my city and someone is always looking for a fill in bass guy, I get a gig every 2 weeks or so which is fine for me, Keeps a little cash coming in to cover gear purchases and beer :-) , It's mostly 80s onwards pub coverband music.

Considering I was using a digital rig last time out (TC Rebelhead with 2x10 & 2x12) this new rig is back in heavyweight territory for me :-)

I've also just recently found an old Hohner 5 string headless with Steinberger (licensed) bridge and active EMGs which is a fun little bass to get back into 5 string territory too.

A fairly versatile little setup for me :-)
