Awesome day! Thanks jto all who brought gear, set it up and broke down to make the jam happen.

K9 Joe's key rig was heaven on earth tones. Joe's harp playing and vocals added plenty to the sounds of the day. Even Decoy Dan stepped into another league behind Joe's rig.

Johnny's PA prowess delivered. 10 monitors sets a new record

Kevin and Matt's vocals saved many a song. Natural talents and good guys

Griz and Gerry's drum skills Layinglow (Will), Frankie, Matt and Leon's bass made the rhythm section rumble all day.

Knotheads regrouped for a few Dead songs. That was fun to be part of.

Always a fun time when this group gets together.

Ladies and gents of the clamfest, thanks for great day! Pete and the OTL gang thanks so much for hosting and for keeping the show moving along in the absence of some of those who couldn't make it. Gman thanks for all the "love of the list". For those who couldn't make it, hope you had safe travels, feeling better, taken care of what needed to be taken care of,etc. I had a great time but since we had to skip a few my inner Chuck Rainey is still itching to come out and I don't know if I'll make it to the spring. Evan, what a cool experience that must have been for you!funny how things work out.
I did get some "proof" that it all went down and with in a week or two I post some video

Pete and the gang. Glad the jam went well. I was thinking about you guys while away in Maine.

Sorry you got the heave-ho, Peegoo. Predicting you'll be back in harness even sooner than you'd like...

I uploaded a few vids last night, let's give them something to talk about, keep your hands to yourself, love the one you're with, Johnny B, and jumping jack flash.
Just search for one of the above songs along with "Clamfest Fall 17", you can add in "layinglow" as well.

Patience - "He-Who Wears Kilts" The Birds of Snow are slowly migrating back to the "Joisey" Shore. When "He-Who Holds Picnics" returns, the Supreme Jam Commander will proclaim a Jam Day. Then, the "Guardian of the List" will enlighten us "Minions of Music", and perform his feats of "Computer Magic". Then, and only then, will the "Brethren of Clamfest" gather to pay homage to the Gods of Music. HALLELUJAH !!!

(Sorry Steve ---the medications kicked in.)

Damn, I thought this was the 2018 Fall Clam fest and I'm seeing already 99 post and reading into it that I've missed my chance -- 3 minutes of being really bummed.

so spring it is then!
And good job on booking up as many days as you can Pete! Gotta keep the lights on so we can have Clamfests!

any ideas on themes? If we plan now we can get a jump on things. In the past, last minute jams get less of a turn out and more of the same ole songs due to lack of time to work them out.

should I start a separate Clamfest Spring 2019 suggestion thread?

To all of my Clamfest brethren, for the record: I like and support G-Man's idea, for a number of reasons.

I vote to start a "Clamfest Spring 2019" suggestion thread. (and all the voices in my head agree)

ALL HAIL THE GUARDIAN OF THE LIST !!!

"Should I start a separate Clamfest Spring 2019 suggestion thread?"

All in favor, say "eye."

All opposed, say "no."

[bangs gavel]

Let the record show the eyes are above the nose. The motion is passed!
