THAT is a steal--screaming for a project platform freak. You could shoot nitro right over that if you don't like the pink.

A USA-made set neck Gibson for that price is a no-brainer.

The standard listing for the guitar showed the red one available for the same deal this morning, $299. I tried to buy it but the MF site insisted on a password change. By the time it was done with that they were gone.

Back up to $399 today...

"Tektoid nut"?
"Multi-ply poplar"??

From the first reviewer: "The guitar feels and plays great but the pickups, electronics and tuners are low quality."
Many red (or pink) flags on this one...

The Tektoid nut is fine.

Body, well, if it sounds good.

No wonder they wont show their face at NAMM.

That's about a fugly guitar.

And its not the color that makes it hideous.

Who's Henry marketing these to, the Toys R Us crowd ?

The "multi-ply" I'm guessing is a shot across the bow for those Gibson guys that will buy a $300 one and complain that it isn't a one- or two-piece body. More like 5 or 6 - think MIM Standard Fenders.

Bubblicious! That thing would look awesome with wads of gnarly Hubba Bubba stuck to it. You could peel it off and it put it in your mouth right before the weedly weedly solo.
