Rocky,

I’m on vacation this week. I’m not sure I can answer your question without playing it some more.

I recommend digging up a video where someone demos the controls through their full sweep. Especially the tone control.

These still come up as a SDotD.

I bid on one last night and it sold this am for $56 in new condition. I really like the Zappa demo, I can use something like this.

These are a great deal on the Stupid Deal of the Day.

I snagged their rotary speaker pedal, the Rototron, on a SDotD as well. Muy happy with that too. When the Quatum Time Modulator had its turn (SDotD) I snagged one. I haven’t put it on my board, yet.

You wont get any technical bla bla from me but I love the crunch of this pedal and it serves well after any of my other distortion or gain pedals and I have a spark pedal right after it and that really creates some havoc with the neighbors..

Really glad I found this thread and the $75 I spent on it (New, made an offer on ebay)money well spent!!!!

Thanks for the tip :-)

My Greco pups sound killer thru this and I have some Brandonwound PAF replicas on the way, certainly do not need them but I wanted them!

Great! Glad you found a deal too.

Are you running it at 9 or 18 volts? I like mine at 18 volts. It’s hard to describe the difference. The pedal just seems more dynamic and alive.

Yeah, this is a sweet OD pedal. Mine stays in the low mode and I have it in front of my other two distortion pedals - both Marshall flavored. It that edge of breakup tone I get with just alone was worth the price of admission.

Really likin’ my board these days!

I just put a Polytune 3 on it with the buffer switched on. I’ll play with that tonight.

I see there is a slight difference to them, the 18v seems much fuller to me, smooth.

The piece of wood I use for a pedal board is out of space and two of my pedals are hanging off the sides.. I already have 3 on the floor, gotta do something about that. I really want to get a poly tune.

Can we get a picture of that please?

It’s more, “hey, I have a piece of wood in the garage that will work.”

I’m putting together another pedalboard specifically for an amp. It will be completely store-bought. I should have it done next weekend.

Leftee, I think the experience itself is worth the few bucks or scrap from the garage. I had plans for this piece of wood but then I realized that I do not play out, I just want to keep them velcro'd down to something.

Mine does have wedges on the sides for an angle and I can run wires under it. Good enough ;-)

I used a piece of 2x2 across the bottom front to give it some angle. And I put some wood blocks under my effects loop pedals along the top to bring them up a bit.

How much does MF get for them when they offer this?

Not the Fat Drive. But this one is the SDotD. It’s a pretty triply and cool pedal.

Quantum time modulator - Marvin the Martian approved.
