"I should pull out my old Johnson J Station!"

I was pretty scared until I saw "J station"

I didn't think I'd live to see the day when guitar amps are marketed with peak watts.

"It is my headphone practice setup. And it is, by far, some of the best modeling I’ve experienced."

You will never get the 1500W full range 6 speaker experience with your setup, sorry! ;)

You want a big amp?

Okay.

Amp head, two cabs, and a ladder.

Just use your old Rockman X-100 . The way modeling tech is now nothing is sacred from obsolete. How did we ever get along without everything all in one box?

Peegoo, that thing is hilarious! What - 32 x 12" speakers?! Or are they 10's?

Either way, they should've put the head between the two cabs so he could reach the controls from terra firma!

Those are two 16 x 12 cabs.

I saw one of these at a guitar show when they came out about 10 years ago.

I guess it would be useful for situations where you're the guitar player in a house band and you can leave your rig in place, rather than dragging it there for the gig.

Riiiight.

"Mick...he's got an amp."

"That's not an amp. [pulls curtain to reveal the Crate Blue Voodoo 600 stack] Now THAT'S an amp!"

I saw one of the original 8x12 Marshall cabs at the factory in the late '80s. The one that Townsend didn't saw in half.

I’ve got a modeling amp and have set up 4 presets in it that I like.

If I was playing out I would use my Marshall and an od pedal and be at home.

My current fave modeling amps are my trusty Fender G-DEC 3 Thirty and my Katana 50.

I've used the G-DEC as an acoustic amp for a few gigs and it's worked great.

Exactly what I'll be doing this weekend. I've been using a modeling amp for rehearsals, but when it comes to the real thing, I know my Marshall can't be beat! Can't wait to hear it in a band setting again.

My best buddy, who is a semi-pro player, recently bought a Kemper and went through 200 presets... only to find out that the ones he liked were a jcm 800.

Interesting for a guy who's never owned a Marshall.

I had a Fractal AX-FXII for a couple of years. They are really cool.

But I gravitated to the Bogner Ecstasy 20th anniversary Blue Channel for almost every preset.

Sold the Fractal, Bought the Bogner and Fractal FX8 Effects only pedal board

Never been happier with my rig and sound
