When you come to fork in road take it

I've come to learn that changing or upgrading speakers is even more complex than just finding a speaker with good reviews. The character of the speaker has to compliment or be suitable for the amp circuit or tone. Example I had a Jensen falcon in my VHT combo and thought the speaker sounded kinda lifeless with no sparkle of character. I then put that same speaker in my Pro Jr 4 and can't believe how great it sounds. No matter how long I'm at this I keep learning. Just thought it might help somebody to pass this on.

The Celestion Blue is the best sounding speaker I've ever heard in a variety of applications.
(Weber Blue Dog/ Blue Pup - Alnico a close second)
