Last time I was I was talking about getting a Fender CP-60S acoustic and right after I bought it Fender discontinued them. It turns out it's a pretty nice sounding parlor. Got it from Sweetwater , it needed a new saddle since the one in it was not a good fit and they sent me a free tusq 12 " radius and new strings.

I also realize I don't have the funds many here have or even close to as many guitars, yet the three acoustic I do have I have to say this one to me sounds the best even though it's less than half the price of the other two I have.

Sure, I remember you. Welcome back.

Nice to hear the fender sounds good. I’ve always heard Fender acoustics aren’t great. Never tried one myself though.

Also, great that Fender took care of the bridge for you.

They have a nice paramount all Mahogany solid wood 12 fret model which I would have rather had yet this one does the job. Both the model I got and it have no electronics which I never needed. I never cared for the models with the strat type peg head.

I'd rather not have the gloss poly finish which my old seagull grand does not. Yet for some odd reason it sounds better than the Epiphone EL-00 pro and both have the same sort of finish and the EL-00 is larger and both have solid spruce tops.

I was stupid in 2006 to sell the 2004 AMI I had ,even with it's ply top it to me sounded better than any small body parlor I have. Now they are all road house models all with electronics, must be the way now meaning more are attracted to built in electronics or they sell more. And Fender now has that new tele model for 2,000 , looks fine provided you get the color scheme that looks best yet it seems like Godin competition model. Being now 71 what I have will probably outlast me.
