Comments:  Started in 1970... always had a P-bass, but also have owned an old stack-knob Jazz,(before I knew what it was!) two T-birds, 77 Musicman, '65 Guild Starfire, and now use a Godin fretless ac/elec but rely on my 65 P and 69 Tele for old-school Fender bottom. Currently trying to get used to "modern" reissues, incl the first Jazz I've played in over 30 yrs... oooh! Tube amp nut for most of my life, recently shed the big items and simply use a Mesa Walkabout hybrid; sounds good and no mo' hernia.
