FDP Cookbook : Desserts : Rum Balls

Ingredients

This is a recipe I forgot to complete. Anyway, its a simple little candy that you can make, I tend to make these around Christmas time.

1/4 Rum (doesnt matter what type or brand)
1 Cups of Vanilla Wafers (crushed)
1 Cup of confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp of Nestle' Quik
2 Tbsp of Corn Syrup (light)
2 Cups of Chopped Pecans (or whatever nut you prefer)


Directions

First mix all the dry ingredients separately as well as the wet ingredients. Them mix both wet and dry ingredients, mix well. Roll into balls about 1inch in size on wax paper sprinkled with confectioners sugar.

Most important part: Store in an airtight container for a few hours, then serve and enjoy ( best is to let them sit for at least 24 hours)
