FDP Cookbook : Desserts : No Bake Cheese Cake

Ingredients

1 8oz. Container Cool whip
2 8oz small package of cream cheese (soften)
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1-cup sugar
1 regular cans of Comstock pie filling (Cherry or Blueberry)
2 prepared graham cracker piecrust

Directions

In a bowl add the cream cheese, vanilla extract; sugar, and Cool whip using a hand whisk or hand blender combine all the ingredients together. Once blended divide the mixture in half and fill both piecrusts with mixture. Add equal portions of the pie filling to the top of the cheesecake. Refrigerate overnight to set. (2 hours minimum if you just can’t wait)
