FDP Cookbook : Desserts : Lemon Ice Box Pie

Ingredients

1 graham cracker crumb pie crust
1 small container of CoolWhip
1 small container frozen lemonade concentrate partially thawed
1/2 can sweetend condensed milk (or more to taste, but it is rich)
tad of yellow food coloring (optional)

Directions

Mix CoolWhip and sweetened condensed milk on low speed with mixer. Add lemonade and mix well. Add food coloring if you wish. Pour mixture in the pie crust and put in freezer til well set. Store in refrigerator.

You can garnish with lemon slices or candy lemon drops if you want to make it look like you went to a lot of trouble.
