FDP Cookbook : Desserts : Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

1/2 cup Nellie & Joe's Key Lime Juice
1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
6 egg yolks, beaten
9 inch graham cracker crust (either store-bought or homemade in 9" pan)

Directions

Combine condensed milk and egg yolks and beat well
Add key lime juice and beat well
Pour into graham cracker crust
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes
Remove and let cool
Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours
Top with whipped cream and serve
