FDP Cookbook : Desserts : Snowballs

Ingredients

1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups rolled oats
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 cups coconut (plus coconut for rolling)

Directions

Boil milk, butter and sugar. Add cocoa and stir well. Let cool. Add rolled oats and coconut. Shape into balls and roll in coconut.
