FDP Cookbook : Appetizers : Portabellos with Italian cheeses

Ingredients

Large Portabello mushrooms
Extra virgin olive oil
Buttah
salt, pepper, garlic powder
Kraft (5 cheese) Italian blend *(Shredded)


Directions

Use large slices of Portabella mushrooms in a frying pan w/ generous amount extra virgin olive oil and butter. Ground pepper, salt, & garlic powder sprinkled on top of them. Put a lid on the pan and turn heat to medium for 5-7 minutes or until the bottoms are nice and brown. Turn them over, salt, pepper, & garlic, 5-7 min w/ lid on. Remove from the pan onto a plate. Cover them with Kraft 5 cheese shredded blend and mic them on high for 30-40 seconds or for the cheese to melt evenly.
