Cookbook : Side Dishes : Pineapple Coleslaw (submitted

Ingredients
1 bag pre-shredded cabbage
20 oz can crushed pineapple w/juice
1 grated granny smith apple (skin is ok)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbs celery seed
Directions
Pour the juice from pineapple into a bowl. Add the vinegar, sour cream, salt, pepper, sugar and celery seed. Mix and set aside. Mix up the pineapple & apple in a large bowl with the cabbage. Pour in the dressing and toss well. 'Fridgerate. Jump back, kiss bad self.
