FDP Cookbook : Entrees : Easy Chicken pot pie

Ingredients

1 cups cooked chicken or turkey diced
1 m. potato
i pkg frozen mixed vegetables
1 pillsbury pie crust
1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1 can of Campbels cream of chicken soup
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper
celery seed

Directions

Peel and dice potato and add to frozen vegetables cook to in boiling water until just tender.
Mix chicken , cooked vegetables, soup w 1/2 can of water. and season to taste. Place pie crust over a 5x11 foil baking pan and trim to fit. spray foil pan and place crust trimmings in bottom. These may not cover completely but thats OK or you may wish to line the pan with another crust if you wish. Slightly bake the bottom crust then add the chicken mixture and cover with the top crust and bake at 350 until top is browned.
